A 24- to 48-inch leader between Gum-Drop® Floater and sinker is typically sufficient. However, a 12- to 24-inch leader is better in stained water, while 60 to 84 inches may be necessary in clear water.

    I only had a short window of walleye fishing opportunity so it was suggested that I pick up a couple Gum-Drop Floaters, tie them about 18" from a bottom bouncer, hook on some Power Bait and drift/troll the shoreline. In no time at all my son and I caught enough for a fresh walleye dinner back at camp and a few extra's to bring home to the Mrs.
