  • Best jigs I have used
    5

I have been using Northland jigs for years. Used to but only the neon series but I guess they have been discontinued. Too bad. Currently buying the RZ jig heads. do a few buys a year and will turn my fishing buddies on to them throughout the year. Regardless if I am jigging from the shore or from the boat, these will consistently catch walleye throughout the year. Will not fish with any other jig...

  • Great Jigs

I have been using northland jigs for decades and have found them to be the best around. The new RZ jigs are great with one exception. I wish they had red hooks. Otherwise the change to the new is excellent. Stiffer wire and extra sharp points that stay sharp much longer than the old. Great color variety as well

  • Hook is a disappointment

The paint job was fine but the change of hook was not. It bends very easily, not nearly as durable as before. Quality control has been lost, so it seems. Many of my Northland friends are complaining.

  • Not quite a "Gum Ball" Jig

The RZ jigs are "ok". But, they are not as good as the Gum Ball jigs were. Why did Northland quit making them? The paint chips on the collar easily. I also would like to see you bring back the color quality/choices of the Gum Ball jigs. For example, the sunrise colors are close... But, not as good. Also, where did the orange/light brown go? Why not keep them, they were great.
