The invisibility of fluorocarbon makes this rig ideal for fishing live or dead suckers, shiners and other baitfish in clear-water conditions for fussy walleyes, trout, pike and perch. Hooking bait below dorsal fin, so bait hangs horizontally, is typically best, but don’t be afraid to experiment. Allow fish to run, then stop, before setting hook.

    On one of my weekend fishing trips with 7 other people, I geared all my tip-ups with the Predator Rigs. My tip- ups accounted for %50 of the flags for that weekend . It’s almost unfair. The odds are definitely in my favor when using these rigs

    The description says 36lb Flourocarbon but its only 15lb. First Northern bit clean through on tip up. Just a little to lite for me.
