I just returned from Ontario for the Walleye opener and I'm absolutely stunned at how well the Northland Rumble Shiner performed. I brought 2 Shiners both Purple Wonder and Steel Chartreuse to try out as I was new to Northland Fishing & Tackle. After 2 or 3 days of fishing the other guys were wondering what I was using because I was getting so many strikes, the Purple Wonder in particular produced the most because Pike would strike it relentlessly, however the Steel Chartreuse did better with walleye. I ended up catching my biggest walleye yet at around 29.5 inches. Unfortunately I lost both lures after about 4 days and was forced to resort to another floater, but next year you bet I'll be packing a bunch more of these.

I love a perch colored lure and the perch rumble shiner doesn't disappoint. Has been hitting the largemouth bass so far this spring and even a few crappie have munched on it.

These are deadly for trolling or casting for walleyes. I use these just before dark trolling or casting in shallow water (6-10'). The steel chartreuse and perch color are my absolute favs!

Very good bait for shallow fishing. Caught lots of walleye.
