    I just returned from your area. The Deep-Vee jigs were the best producer for walleyes when tipped with live or plastic leeches. We also caught a couple crappies. I caught a musky on an 1/8 oz jig. I got him up to the boat, but he wouldn't fit in my net, so I cut him loose. My net is 20" in diameter and the fish was less than half way in it so I would guess it was at least 45 inches long.

    The new metallic purple deep vee jigs has been a killer. I have caught some beautiful walleyes and smallmouth on them. I had to retire my last one after it got almost all the paint removed and lost both eyes!

    Decent jig. Love them fishing on the river. But in every pack of 3 I’ve purchased at least one of the jigs has an eye fall off.

    My go to walleye jig.. 1/16-3/8 .. Nice variety of colors, sharp, strong hooks!
